Welcome to Azure Aerial LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://azureaerial.io, and all related services, including aerial photography, mapping, and custom media production.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Azure Aerial LLC offers professional drone and aerial imaging services, including but not limited to:

• Aerial photography and videography
   
• 2D and 3D mapping
   
• Thermal, inspection, and promotional drone services
   
• Custom digital content and edited media
   

Each project’s scope, timeline, and cost are defined in a written quote, invoice, or service agreement prior to work.

• Payments can be made securely through https://pay.azureaerial.io.
   
• Payment terms are typically due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
   
• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable once work begins.
   
• Failure to complete payment may result in withheld deliverables until balance is cleared.
   

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.
   
• Rescheduling due to unsafe weather or airspace restrictions will not incur a fee.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a flight if safety, weather, or FAA regulations make it necessary.
   

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service in restricted airspace without prior FAA authorization
   
• Postpone operations due to wind, rain, or hazardous conditions
   
• Require property owner consent for takeoff, landing, or overflight
   

• Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final photos, videos, or maps for personal or commercial use (as specified in the agreement).
   
• Azure Aerial LLC retains the right to use non-confidential content for promotional purposes, portfolio showcases, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

While every precaution is taken to ensure safety and accuracy:

• Azure Aerial LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or property issues resulting from use of our content or services.
   
• Clients must ensure all necessary permissions are granted for filming or mapping on private property.
   

When using https://azureaerial.io:

• You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with functionality, or attempt unauthorized access.
   
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
   

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Due to the custom nature of our work, completed projects or flights are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services or deliverables is limited to the total amount paid for that specific project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local or state courts located in Genesee County, MI.
